CANADA'S INTEGRITY COMMISSIONER SUDDENLY RESIGNS - RCMP COMMISSIONER UNDER INVESTIGATION:
JOE FRIDAY TAKES OVER
"A federal watchdog appointed to protect whistleblowers has resigned, four years before the end of her term, in the midst of an investigation by Auditor General Sheila Fraser".
Christiane Ouimet was the first federal public sector integrity commissioner but, in three years, her office did not find any wrongdoing in 170 different complaints it had received"
The highly unsual sudden resignation four years before the end of her term, suggests that Canada's Intergity Commissioner was corrupt herself and comes, by a strange co-incidence, at the same time the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP is carrying out an investigation of Canada's top cop, RCMP Commissioner Elliott who is alleged ot have a conflict of interest in respect of his faailure to investigate the Water War Crimes.
Ms. Ouimet's duties have been are temporarily assumed by Deputy Commissioner, "Joe Friday" who is, aparently, no relation to the legendary fictional Hollywood Police Officer Joe Friday the star of the famous tevelision cop show Dragnet.
Nevertheless, Joe Friday will need all of the talents of his namesake as he unravels the twisted tale of corruption, deceit and murder that surrounds the Water War Crimes where the death toll of the wicked and the witnesses now stands at sixteen (16).
